Established in 2014, ATD AMS Consulting, Inc. is a company that renders various business and management consultancy engagements that cover the areas of finance, assurance and organizational development. The founder has solid and extensive years of experience in the field of audit, credit evaluation, accounting, tax, treasury, operations, human resource and administrative functions. He has occupied responsible and executive positions in various companies and has exposure in different industries that include bank, manufacturing, retail, business information, credit rating, advertising, publication, logistics, healthcare, remittance and transportation services among others.

 

The founder is a BSC graduate Major in Accounting from San Beda College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the De La Salle University. He has a Board of Accountancy (BOA), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Accreditation. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA), Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA), Credit Management Association of the Philippines (CMAP) and Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). He is a consistent Dean’s Lister and Honor Student during his academic years. He was a previous lecturer at the Graduate School of Business of a prestigious university in Manila. He has undergone various trainings and seminars locally and abroad pertaining to audit, credit evaluation, collection, business information, treasury, accounting, marketing, customer service, human resource, operations, strategic planning and general management.
